Aspirants petition Electoral Commission over exclusion

A group of aspiring parliamentary candidates who were not nominated to run for office have begun petitioning the electoral commission to voice their concerns. Among them is Muhammad Mwaka, who had hoped to challenge incumbent Moses Magogo but was disqualified despite meeting all the necessary requirements. The candidates are warning that if the electoral commission fails to address their grievances, they are prepared to take their case to the High Court.
