Emmanuel Rwashande, the Lwemiyaga parliamentary contestant, will be among the 2,087 graduates at Nkumba University’s 27th graduation ceremony tomorrow. He will graduate with a bachelor’s degree. Musician Catherine Kusasira, a presidential advisor, will receive her degree in International Relations and Public Diplomacy. Busiro South Member of Parliament Charles Matovu, a supporter of the National Unity Platform, will also graduate.
