Polling officials outnumber NRM voters in West Nile

On Thursday, the ruling NRM party held internal elections to choose flag bearers for LC III chairpersons, division mayors, and representatives for special interest groups, including youth and persons with disabilities. The exercise in Koboko was marked by low voter turnout, with some polling centers yet to cast their votes by midday.
