The National Unity Platform, vying to secure the party flag in the upcoming parliamentary elections, has begun its vetting process through the party’s Election Management Committee today. However, some members have pledged their support to colleagues who successfully pass the vetting process, while others expressed mixed feelings.
Opposition figures have raised concerns about the government’s increasing abductions of NUP members, calling for immediate action to address the situation. The event took place at the NUP headquarters in Kampala.
