Kyagulanyi unveils NUP’s 11-point manifesto, vows to build ‘A New Uganda’

The Robert Kyagulanyi-led opposition National Unity Platform (NUP) party has on Saturday unveiled its 11-point manifesto ahead of the 2026 polls. Speaking during the launch at the party headquarters in Kavule, Kampala, Kyagulanyi noted that the manifesto is a bold declaration of intent to build what he termed “a new Uganda where every citizen is treated equally,” a cause he said is worth dying for.
