Tanga Odoi’s son dropped as chairperson-elect of the youth league

The NRM Electoral Commission Chairperson, Tanga Odoi, has described the ruling as “very fair,” in which the party’s Election Disputes Tribunal nullified the declaration of his son, Collins Tanga, as the chairperson-elect of the NRM Youth League. The nullification resulted from petitions filed by Brenda Kiconco, Wilson Otto, and Mackline Natukwasa, all of whom were candidates in the NRM elections for the Youth League chairperson. These challenged the declared victory of Collins Tanga.
