TALK OF THE NATION: Enhancing vocational education skills
With government looking to reopen schools for those under the age of 18 years in January, several initiatives have come up to help the youth improve their vocational skills in various parts of the country, partly to help them raise some income, but also to help them with life skills such as knitting, sewing and cookery.
To help appreciate this we talk to Katumba Seggawa - who started this project in Masaka.
