Top 100 SMEs forum highlights tech as key to growth
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the backbone of the global economy, driving innovation, job creation, and economic growth. However, many SMEs struggle to access the resources necessary for scaling. Embracing technology has been recognized as a game-changer for achieving growth, sustainability, and market access. To address these challenges, the Top 100 SMEs project aims to support SMEs in scaling their businesses by providing a platform for dialogue, trend analysis, and growth. This initiative benchmarks SMEs against their peers, helping them track performance and progress within the business ecosystem. Today, Daily Monitor and KPMG Uganda are hosting a forum on the theme "SMEs Embracing Technology for Growth, Sustainability, and Ease of Market Access."
