Kiyaga blames NRM MPs for sidelining him on Copyright Bill
Mawokota North MP Hillary Kiyaga says that the government's delay in introducing The Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Amendment Bill 2025 has caused him a lot of trouble.
Kiyaga initially introduced amendments to the bill as a private member, but the government took it over, stating it was in their interests. What disturbs him the most is that when the government took over the bill, he was sidelined.
