Besigye slams tax regime for stifling economic growth
Dr. Kizza Besigye, the former leader of FDC, criticized the current tax regime, which he says is crippling the country’s economic growth. While addressing the media at the offices of the FDC Katonga faction, Dr. Besigye stated that the current taxes imposed on the country’s business community are hindering the growth of businesses instead of helping them thrive.
