Bunyoro Schools launch tree planting campaign
A tree planting campaign in schools in the Bunyoro Region has been launched. Under the campaign, schools will be provided tree seedlings that will give a woodlot of over one acre on each school, enabling them to overcome the prevailing climatic changes. The campaign is one of the efforts to celebrate Earth Hour. The ceremony was held at Muhooro B.C.S Primary School in Muhoro Town Council, Kagadi District, last evening.
