DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Report finds higher rates of attacks on women
A report by Twaweza estimates that half of all Ugandans say physical, emotional and sexual violence have gotten worse in their communities during the Coronavirus pandemic. The report by Twaweza ni sisi, an independent East African civil society organisation indicates that the largest effect has been noted on teen pregnancy in recent months.
