EAISA approves key measures to boost regional insurance sector
Having realized that East African Community (EAC) member countries share the same challenges concerning insurance — such as low penetration, limited public awareness, and public mistrust — regional insurance regulators, the East African Insurance Supervisors Association (EAISA), held a meeting resulting in the approval of three significant measures to shape the region’s insurance landscape.
