Health services in Bunyangabu crippled by water scarcity, lack of staff housing
Water scarcity and lack of staff houses have paralyzed health services in Bunyangabu District. Over 12% of health facilities don’t have water. According to Dr. Richard Obet, the Bunyangabu District Health Officer, health workers face challenges with staff housing, as only 10% of the 20 health facilities have staff quarters, which hinders smooth service delivery.
