Hoima city authorities look to boost urban look
Authorities in Hoima City are set to establish an ordinance aimed at getting rid of old dilapidated buildings and regulate the construction of storeyed buildings in the area.
The City Council's speaker Edward Isingoma says the city is largely populated by old structures and narrow streets but there is an urgent need to plan the organization of Hoima so it meets the standards of a city.
