Court of Appeal Judge Catherine Bamugemereire has warned families to spend within their means and reduce borrowing, to deal with the burden that comes with it. Lady Justice Bamugemereire's call came during the women's conference underway at Namugongo, as one of the activities planned to usher pilgrims into Martyrs' Day celebrations.
