MP cash bonanza; Civil Society activists raise concerns over misplaced priorities
The Civil Society Organisations have sounded a warning about reports of some members of parliament receiving 100 million shillings. They say the move could cripple service delivery in an already struggling economy. They have criticized the Executive arm of government for abandoning top priorities, especially in the health and education sectors.
