MPs call for more support to traditional army schools
Members of Parliament are calling for increased attention to support traditional army schools within the education system across the country. According to Huda Abason Oleru, the State Minister for Defense and Veteran Affairs, many of these traditional schools are facing significant challenges, particularly regarding their infrastructure. She emphasized the need to improve the overall welfare of serving army officers, including aspects such as health and education. Yesterday, the minister, along with the State Minister for Trade, Gen. Wilson Mbadi Mbasu, inaugurated a girls' dormitory at Air Force Secondary School in Katabi.
