Ministry starts maintenance works on northern bypass
The Ministry of Works and Transport last year announced a six-month closure of the Kampala Northern Bypass road, effective December 28, 2024, to conduct extensive repairs and maintenance. The ongoing maintenance works, covering a 21-kilometer stretch between the Kisaasi and Busega interchanges, involve the removal of old asphalt, base processing, priming, and the application of a new asphalt overlay.
