Museveni to ban sale of shelled groundnuts over health concerns
President Museveni, during his national address last Saturday, said he plans to issue an executive order banning the sale of shelled groundnuts in Uganda. He cited aflatoxin found in these shelled groundnuts, which is said to cause liver cancer in humans.
