Nabbanja Criticizes KCCA over poor supervision of road works
Following the recent floods that devastated Kampala, Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja has expressed frustration over delays in crucial drainage projects by the China Railway Construction Corporation. She also criticized the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) for poor supervision. KCCA, however, blamed contractors despite having received the necessary support. Nabbanja has demanded a written explanation by tomorrow and warned of potential cabinet escalation. David Ijjo reports.
