Ugandan Wildlife Conservation Center faces bureaucratic hurdles
Several animal species in Uganda face extinction daily, including the African Painted Wild Dog. The CTC Conservation Center in Lukalu, Wakiso District, is striving to preserve some of these endangered animals. However, the center managers say their dream is being hindered by the bureaucracy of some state agencies.
