UPDF restores Mpondwe business confidence
The UPDF has increased its presence along the Uganda-Democratic Republic of Congo frontier, providing assurance to locals to resume business activities at Mpondwe. This action follows a recent attack by the ADF rebels on traders crossing into Congo. The increased security measures have led to a revival of business at Mpondwe.
