Former MP Michael Kabaziguruka optimistic after supreme court ruling
Former Nakawa MP Michael Kabaziguruka says he is now in talks with his lawyers on how to secure compensation from the government following his Supreme Court victory yesterday. Kabaziguruka, who secured a Supreme Court ruling stopping the trial of civilians in the General Court Martial, wants remedies for his arrest and detention by the military tribunal.
