Major General Felix Kulayigye, Director of Defense Public Information, has dismissed claims made by the children of the late Lieutenant John Patrick Gumanaanye, who allege they have been denied their father’s gratuity.
Kulayigye explained that, contrary to UPDF provisions, the children have not submitted the necessary documentation required to process the payment.
