The leadership of the Inter-Governmental Authority on Development, IGAD, is in Uganda for a two-day meeting to set the ground for the forthcoming national consultation and review of the 2021-25 and 2026-30 strategies. According to the officials, member states are now faced with several challenges like climate change ,that is now posing an existential threat to humanity and requires urgent action.
