Mao warns party members against suing the party

Democratic Party President Norbert Mao has warned party members against dragging the party to court, vowing punitive action against internal litigants, as he reaffirmed DP’s commitment to peace, justice, and credible leadership ahead of upcoming elections. Mao, who claims to be the most sued party leader in Uganda with over 60 court cases to his name, likened DP to gold, saying its value remains intact despite attacks and media criticism.
