Police launch SOPs on crime scene management

The Deputy Inspector General of Police emphasized the importance of sensitizing members of the public about preserving crime scenes. He made these remarks while launching the Standard Operating Procedures for Crime Scene Examination in Trafficking in Persons Investigations in Kampala. He pointed out that poorly investigated cases hinder the delivery of justice to victims of human trafficking, and called for collaboration from all stakeholders to ensure effective investigations and prosecution.
