New USD90m Pepsi plant commissioned, markets expansion given as justification
Crown Beverages the holders of the Pepsi cola franchise have today opened their 90 million dollar beverages factory plant. This is the newest addition to the soft drink market industry in Uganda and it follows similar developments by rival Coca-cola and a new production line under construction for Riham group. Investors are being motivated by an expanding local and regional market according to industry players.
