Baryomunsi offers to reconcile Aceng, Amongi
Information Minister Chris Baryomunsi has offered to mediate between two reportedly warring ministers Betty Amongi and Jane Ruth Aceng, who are now rivals in the battle for the Lira municipality parliamentary seat. The minister, who doubles as the NRM vice chairperson for western Uganda, says the party would lose out if the ministers, who hold separate parliamentary seats, were left to battle for just one seat.
