KACITA official says Kampala’s potential not tapped
Kampala Capital City Authority is engaging key stakeholders including Bodaboda operators, taxi drivers, landlords, garbage collectors, and business owners to address the challenges facing Kampala and propose solutions for its future growth. Isa Ssekito, an official of Kampala Capital city Authority says the potential is not yet tapped into because of lack of dialogue and common interests.
