NUP demands explanation from government over missing officials
In the wake of the recent alleged abduction of Fred Nyanzi Ssentamu, the head of mobilisation for the Opposition National Unity Platform as well as the reported kidnapping of seven party members, Joel Ssenyonyi, the Leader of Opposition in Parliament has demanded an explanation from the government on the people who are behind the troubling activities. During today's Parliament sitting, government promised to launch an investigation and provide answers by Tuesday.
