African Guarantee Fund to support women
Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Uganda, which are about 70% women-owned and lack adequate access to capital at reasonable rates, have a reason to boost their clientele base for the transformation of the economy after a financial boost from the African Guarantee Fund, which is part of the African Development Bank. Beneficiaries will access the funds without much worry about collateral.
