Besigye's lawyers seek injunction to halt court martial case
Dr. Kizza Besigye's lawyers have filed a petition at the Constitutional Court seeking an injunction to stop the proceedings of the case in which he and his aide, Obeid Lutale, are battling in the General Court Martial. The duo, who are currently on remand, are expected to return to court on 3rd February for further mention of their case.
