Court adjourns Besigye's incitement case to February 14, 2025
The court has adjourned to 14th February 2025 in a case where veteran opposition politician Dr. Kizza Besigye is facing the charge of inciting violence. The adjournment was due to Besigye's absence in court. He was supposed to appear at Buganda Road Magistrates Court today alongside his co-accused, Samuel Lubega Mukaaku, but only the latter appeared. According to prison authorities, Besigye individually declined to attend court today. Daniel Kibet has more in this report.
