EA ministers gather to consider improved service delivery
Ahead of the upcoming East Africa Local Government Ministers summit in Kampala, the Permanent Secretary of Local Government Benjamin Kumumanya has urged leaders of the various local administration units to learn from their counterparts in the region, to improve service delivery at the grassroots. Also during the summit Uganda is expected to assume chairmanship for the first time since it was started in 2010.
