Experts call for regulations to guard against fraud
Remittances into Uganda have grown considerably over the years bringing over 1.1 billion US Dollar in revenues, also calling for increased regulations to guard against fraud. However, the sector has been hit by fraud, stemming from digital identities. This has prompted a call to the public to update their registration status and to use newly available technologies that prevent fraud.
