EACOP appeal adjourned over incomplete submissions
An appeal against the construction of the East African Crude Oil Pipeline has been adjourned at the East African Court of Justice in Arusha. The hearing, initially scheduled for November 15, was disrupted at the preliminary stage after Tanzanian attorneys raised concerns about incomplete submissions from the appellants.
