Ex-Mulago director charged with UGX 6.3 billion loss
The former Executive Director of Mulago National Referral Hospital, Dr. Bonaventure Byarugaba Baterana, has been charged with causing the government a loss of 6.3 billion shillings in irregular and double payments to suppliers.
