FDC Chair Wasswa Birigwa stands firm on delegates' conference despite police advisory
The Forum for Democratic Change party Chairperson Wasswa Birigwa has insisted that he will hold the party delegates' conference on Tuesday next week, despite an advisory from the police that it would not provide security for the function.
