Gen. Edward Katumba Wamala wants to introduce automated driver testing system
The Minister of Works and Transport Gen. Edward Katumba Wamala has emphasized the government's commitment to introduce an automated driver testing system soon. The minister says this is one of the ways of ensuring only qualified motorists access the road and improving road safety. It comes as the country grapples with high numbers of road crashes majority of which are attributed to reckless driving.
