Makerere suspended students; Uganda law society petitioned to intervene
The three Makerere University Students, suspended following their arrest for a so-called unlawful assembly, over the delayed disbursement of their living allowances, have vowed to keep fighting for their rights. The students, who are now suspended until further notice, have petitioned the Uganda Law Society, against what they see as their unlawful suspension, by the university.
