Ministry addresses traffic congestion at Masindi port
The Ministry of Works and Transport is calling for calm among road users and assuring them that the traffic congestion at the Masindi Port crossing has been addressed. This follows complaints about the growing gridlock at Masindi Port, where motorists and other travelers struggled to access the ferry due to the closure of Karuma Bridge for repair works. As Benjamin Jumbe reports, the ministry says it continues to monitor the situation and is ready to introduce a larger ferry should the need arise.
