More anti graft campaigners were arrested near parliament
Police have arrested several youths who were protesting against corruption. Holding banners with inscriptions calling Ugandans to stand up against corrupt officials in government, the protesters marched along Parliament Avenue, before being intercepted by police and arrested. Similar protests were held last month in Kampala but security forces suppressed them by arresting more than 100 protesters. Most of the protesters were bailed after spending days in jail.
