Nabbanja, Ssenyonyi disagree over NUP offices break-in
The government has transferred nearly all the files of civilians who were facing charges in military courts to civil courts, according to Information Minister Dr. Chris Baryomunsi. His revelation came after the leader of the opposition in parliament, Joel Ssenyonyi, pressed the government to explain why authorities are taking too long to implement the Supreme Court decision, which ordered the immediate transfer of civilians' files, who were being tried by military courts, to civil courts.
