Otafiire distances himself from JAT brutality
Internal Affairs Minister Maj. Gen. Kahinda Otafiire has reiterated that while he oversees Uganda Police conduct, he is not responsible for the actions of goons who disrupted the Kawempe North by-election. Otafiire made these remarks while engaging with Members of Parliament on security concerns.
