Since Uganda attained independence from the United Kingdom on 9th October 1962, politicians have formed alliances and coalitions in a bid to attain political power. However, many of these alliances have collapsed due to differences in political ideologies. With the emergence of the Democratic Alliance Uganda, some wonder whether this latest political vehicle will lead to electoral victory in the end.
