PDM on track despite emerging challenges - Evelyn Anite
The Central Government has so far injected over 2 trillion shillings into the Parish Development Model program, aimed at eradicating poverty among the poor in villages by allowing them to invest in profitable ventures of their choice. Although the program is still new, the State Minister of Finance for Investment and Privatization, Evelyn Anite, told NTV that the PDM program is on the right footing despite emerging challenges like corruption, which are being addressed to ensure value for money.
