Preparations underway for Omusinga Charles Wesley Mumbere's return to Rwenzururu Kingdom
Obusinga bwa-Rwenzururu is working around the clock to welcome Omusinga Charles Wesley Mumbere into his kingdom after spending close to seven years away from his subjects. After being charged with treason, his movement was restricted and he could not travel to Kasese.
