Trade barriers have stifled agricultural development - Museveni
President Museveni says trade barriers are the biggest bottlenecks in the food trade among African Countries, a matter that has stifled agriculture in some countries. In a speech on Thursday, the president is convinced that the free flow of food will eventually boost the food market, as Uganda and other countries counter different problems affecting agriculture and food security. Ali Mivule was on hand as the president made remarks during the National systems dialogue in Kololo.
